LITERATURE REVIEW : IDENTITAS PROFESIONAL PERAWAT BAGI MAHASISWA SARJANA KEPERAWATAN

Abstract


Undang-Undang No 17 tahun 2023 menjelaskan bahwa yang dibutuhkan untuk membangun kesehatan masyarakat adalah sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan produktif. Hal tersebut bisa didapatkan dari identitas profesional perawat yang baik. Identitas profesional perlu ditanamkan sejak mahasiswa karena akan berpengaruh pada identitas profesional saat ia menjadi perawat sehingga mempengaruhi pemberian layanan keperawatan, kinerja perawat, dan kolaborasi perawat dengan tenaga kesehatan lainnya. Tujuan: Studi literatur ini bertujuanmengetahui bagaimana identitas profesional perawat bagi mahasiswa sarjana keperawatan. Metode: Metodepada penelitian ini adalah literature review dari database elektronik yaitu PubMed, Scopus, dan Ebsco yang dipublikasikan tahun 2020-2024. Pencarian artikel menggunakan pendekatan Population, Concept, dan Context (PCC) yaitu Population: Mahasiswa Tingkat Sarjana Keperawatan; Concept: Identitas Profesional Perawat; dan Context: Pendidikan Keperawatan Tingkat Sarjana. Hasil: Analisis dari 8 Artikel menunjukan sebagian besar mahasiswa tingkat sarjana keperawatan memiliki identitas profesional yang rendah. Diskusi: Identitas profesional dapat meningkat saat adanya kondisi tanggap darurat seperti pada pandemi Covid-19. Setelah menjalani perkuliahan selama 3 tahun identitas profesional juga dapat meningkat. Lingkungan akademik, sistem dan model pembelajaran dari kampus, perencanaan karir, pengalaman magang, jenis kelamin, usia, kepedulian, tekanan kerja, dan dukungan sosial dari masyarakat berpengaruh pada pembentukan identitas profesional. Kesimpulan: Identitas profesional pada mahasiswa keperawatan menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda. Oleh karena itu, institusi pendidikan perlu melakukan upaya untuk menumbuhkan identitas profesional yang kuat pada mahasiswanya.
