OPTIMALISASI PENGELOLAAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DI INSTALASI RAWAT JALAN RS X

Kualitas asuhan keperawatan menjadi elemen kunci mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit. Fenomena di rawat jalan sangat minimal dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan. Tujaun : mengoptimalkan pengelolaan asuhan keperawatan di rawat jalan. Metode: menggunakan pilot studi, identifikasi masalah dengan teknik wawancara terstruktur, observasi, dan pengisian kuesioner kepada 28 perawat. Analisa masalah dengan fish bone, pemecahan masalah menggunakan metode plan, do, check, action. Hasil: terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan perawat terhadap proses asuhan keperawatan sebelum (17,80%), sesudah implementasi (82.3%), dan didapati 4 faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian asuhan di rawat jalan yaitu sumber daya manusia, sistem kerja yang jelas antar bagian, dokumentasi manual diluar keperawatan, dan fasilitas dan sarana kurang memadai. Diskusi: pengelolaan asuhan keperawatan membutuhkan dukungan manajemen. Kesimpulan: sebaiknya manajer melakukan perencanaan untuk peningkatan kualiatas asuhan keperawatan melalui pengarahan pelayanan kepada visi rumah sakit, peningkatan pendidikan, peningkatan motivasi, dan berkoordinasi dalam pengadaan fasilitas dan sistem layanan guna optimalisasi pengelolaan asuhan keperawatan.
