Jurnal Persatuan Perawat Nasional Indonesia (JPPNI) is an official journal published by the Central Board of the Indonesian National Nurses Association in collaboration with the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Airlangga. JPPNI is a peer-reviewed journal published regularly every 4 months (April, August, December) that focuses on nursing development, not only in national but also in international level.
JPPNI received manuscripts that can contribute to implement PPNI's vision, namely as a national forum that has the strength of the nursing community's voice and cares about the provision of quality nursing services/care for the benefit of the community. JPPNI accepts manuscripts containing research results in the fields of Medical Surgical Nursing, Pediatric Nursing, Maternity Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, Community Nursing, and Nursing Management.
In addition, the manuscript is also expected to contribute to implement PPNI's mission to strengthen PPNI's management and leadership to achieve an authoritative organization, a strong network at the management level of the Central, Province, Regency/City, and Commissariat; support nurses to practice safe, competent and professional nursing for the people; and become the gateway to regional and international nursing standards. All submitted manuscripts will go through a double blind review process according to predetermined criteria.

Vol 10, No 3 (2025)
This edition presents a diverse range of scholarly discourses highlighting innovations in clinical services and the dynamics of public health behavior. The focus of the discussion encompasses nursing management efficiency through centralization and the role of Advanced Practice Nurses, as well as technical interventions such as limb-raising post-PCI and the implementation of code trauma. Furthermore, aspects of postpartum maternal education and the integration of Islamic values in interprofessional collaboration serve as pivotal points in enhancing the quality of holistic healthcare services.
On the other hand, this journal delves into health risk factors in adolescents, including parenting styles and the risk of Diabetes Mellitus, to psychological reviews of the workaholism phenomenon among health students. Through qualitative approaches and scoping reviews, this collection of articles is expected to serve as a strategic reference for academics and practitioners in understanding the factors influencing patient quality of life and the effectiveness of health systems across various service settings.
